Genetics: Sedativa S1 Auto X Pinewalker CBDV

We received our Sedativa S1 seeds from High Alpine Genetics. He produced S1s as well as his Forbidden Valley Kush Auto, which is a Sedativa x Alpen Gleaux cross. The Sedativas are sativa leaning autflowers with a 1:1 Cbd:Cbdv ratio. They produce long spear shaped buds with a sweet floral profile. They appear to be of Landrace heritage, though the lineage isn’t disclosed by Elite Seeds. We selected three of the best yielding females and pollinated them with pollen from our Pinewalker male.

This male has a Cbd:Cbdv ratio of 1:1 and was found after growing out 40 feminized seeds of Pinewalker CBDV to produce flower for our Hemp Store. Since these seeds were feminized triploids, we never intended to breed with them. That was until a 1/4000 Male landed in our lap. He is fast flowering, extremely stout, and leans towards a sativa hybrid in structure. He produces large purple hued resinous pollen sacs and reeks of sweet candy and pine. We successfully revegged this male and put him through a 6 month stress test before using him to pollinate several different autos.

Patient Pine will produce plants with varying flowering times; all with a 1:1 Cbd:Cbdv ratio. You’ll find around 50% Autos and 50% Semi-Auto/Early-Flowering with the photo-sensitive plants finishing by the end of September. Expect Sativa leaning plants with medium dense buds and a sweet, floral pine profile.
