Yellowhammer Genetics

Yellowhammer Genetics was founded in 2002, during intense prohibition in our home state of Alabama. We risked life and limb to collect, grow, breed and study this plant we all admire and love.

Our goal was simple: provide a high-quality, stable, and diverse line of genetics that growers could depend on. It was the study of cannabis breeding that led me to obtain a Master’s Degree in Genetics to better understand the molecular processes that were taking place and how better to predict outcomes of crosses.

Our passion for excellence has driven us from the beginning, and continues to drive us into the future. We know that every seed counts, and strive to make each plant as rewarding as possible. Check it out for yourself, you will be happy you did.
